Fault description:
1. When the power switch is turned on for the first time and there is no display on the controller, it is necessary to check the power supply of the equipment to see if there is electricity in all three phases of the power supply or replace any two phases of the three-phase power supply. If it still cannot work properly, please notify our after-sales service department or local office.
2. During the operation of the equipment, a "beep" alarm sound is emitted from the back of the control cabinet, and the controller screen displays "DRY HEAT" indicating that the internal temperature of the equipment has exceeded the limit. At this time, the temperature control system of the equipment needs to be checked.
3. During the operation of the equipment, the back of the control cabinet emits the same "beep" alarm sound, and the controller screen displays "WET HEAT", indicating that the humidifier inside the equipment is overheating (i.e. there is no water heating in the humidification water tank). At this time, the humidity replenishment system needs to be checked. (Check if the water pump in the water tank is working and if the pipeline is unobstructed)
4. When an alarm is triggered, the screen displaying "REF ERR1" or "REF ERR2" indicates that refrigeration unit 1 or refrigeration unit 2 is abnormal, that is, the system high voltage in refrigeration unit 1 or refrigeration unit 2 is too high or the refrigeration unit current is overloaded.
